MAA:
A Guide to the Kamitic Way for Personal Transformation

Spirituality is not supposed to be hard. It is who we are because we are spiritual beings inside a physical body with a soul. Spirituality is not about making up things as you go along or creating rules to cater to your personal likes, dislikes and beliefs.  To be spiritual means to be led by the Spirit of God to achieve our greatest potential through self-control and self - discipline.  Many of us fail in our pursuit to become closer with God and reap all of the blessings that come from this relationship.  Because we cater to our carnal desires, our excessive passions, our flesh, which is the lower division of our being.  We fail to realize the glory of God in our life, because it is all of the things we give into.  That distract us hearing the Voice of God speaking from within our being.

This is why self - control and self - discipline are so important.  And this is the reason why I wrote the MAA AANKH: Finding God the Afro-American Spiritual Way, by Honoring the Ancestors and Guardian SpiritsIt was to show through my extraordinary journey how God is always with us and it is true, God's fingerprints are everywhere. We just have to learn to listen to the Voice of God. The MAA AANKH will show you through my experience how to hear the Voice of God in all areas of your life, and how to create ways so that you will never stop hearing it. This way will always continue to be led by the Spirit throughout your life.

KAMTA: A Practical Kamitic Path for Obtaining Power, was written because after you discover the Spirit in your life. It is easy to be optimistic and keep your mind on God when you're in the comfort of your home.  It becomes a bit of challenge when you have to deal with others especially those who don't share your same interest or purpose in life. While the lower division of our being tells us it is easier to just hit the people that get on our nerves and offend us. We know that this is not the correct course of action to take all the time.  But this does not mean we are supposed to just pray and meditate, and allow these people to walk all over us either.  The Spirit thankfully provides us with powerful solutions but they can only be applied from a higher Spiritual perspective.  KAMTA shows how while it is true we are all spiritual beings because the Spirit of God exists in us all.  Everyone does not act and behave Spiritual and instead of losing our Spiritual Mindset or as some people call it our religion or Holy Ghost.  We have the right to use the Power of God to create change in our life.  It was through KAMTA I was able to apply these techniques to my life in dealing with others, recovering from illness, and improving my finances. These same techniques because they are Spirit- based, meaning they are not restricted to ones, affiliation, background or experience, have their origins in ancient Egypt and can be used to help you too.

It has been known for years (now) that Kamit was the source of Western civilization and was the greatest inspiration to Western religion, but knowing this has not gotten us any closer to our divinity. The reason is because many of us have old and outdates beliefs and ideas lodged in our mind-spirit. Some of these beliefs and ideas we are aware of but there is a whole host of them that we aren’t, because we acquired them indiscriminately from our family, friends, church, people in the community and anybody that made a strong enough impression, upon our young impressionable mind.   Some of these ideas and beliefs (or thought forms) can’t and will not go away easily because they are intricately weaved into our life. For instance, there is no way you are going to get someone who has been practicing Christmas all their life to look at it from the enlightened spiritual perspective it was originally meant to be. But, if you syncretize it with the original meaning and view it as celebration of Hru (Heru, in Greek Horus, the hero archetype that exists within us all), it becomes a little bit more feasible.

So, in MAA: A Guide to the Kamitic Way for Personal Transformation, I give homage to the Cuban elder that taught me religious syncretism, by giving insight into how to syncretize the Kamitic concepts and principles into your daily life. Included in this work, first off is how to develop a rapport with your personal guardian angel (your ba) and allow it to guide you in building altars for your ancestors and guardian spirits, divination, and transformation work with your guardian spirits.  There is also, information on daily and annual observances based upon the maa aankh cosmogram, so that you can honor what is sacred to you.
